Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using White Card Practice Test Australia 2026 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

White Card Practice Test Australia 2026 provides free, unofficial practice questions and study materials for the Australian Construction Induction (White Card) certification. Our platform offers practice tests, study guides, flashcards, and educational content about workplace health and safety (WHS) to help candidates prepare for their General Construction Induction Training assessment.

3. Not Affiliated with SafeWork or RTOs

Important: White Card Practice Test Australia 2026 is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Safe Work Australia, any state or territory work health and safety regulator, or any Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our practice questions are original educational content and do not contain actual assessment questions from any RTO's training program.

4. Educational Purposes Only

All content is provided for educational purposes only. The White Card can only be obtained by completing a General Construction Induction Training course (CPCCWHS1001) delivered by a registered RTO. Our practice tests are supplementary study aids and cannot replace the required training.

5. State and Territory Variations

WHS legislation varies between Australian states and territories. While the national harmonised WHS framework applies in most jurisdictions, requirements may differ. Always check with your local work health and safety regulator for current requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, including practice questions, explanations, study guides, and blog articles, is protected by copyright under the Australian Copyright Act 1968. You may use the content for personal study purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit it.
